Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Have all tags intact
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include a valid proof of purchase (order ID/receipt)
  • Be supported by a complete unboxing video (from start to end, without cuts or edits)

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for all return, damage, or wrong item claims.

Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions.

❗ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team after approval.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Unboxing video proof

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Gift cards and discounted/sale items

Return Shipping & Charges

  • A fixed return shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable
  • Returns must be shipped using the method instructed by our team
  • No restocking fee will be charged

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in case of:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective item

A valid unboxing video is required.

For different product preferences, please place a new order after your return is approved.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

To request cancellation, contact us via email or WhatsApp.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to your bank account
  • Refund timeline: 8–15 business days

Important Notes

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us

Invalid Return Requests

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • No longer needing the product after delivery
